We understand that timely and reliable delivery of your Ayurvedic essentials is important to you. Here at AAYUVERA, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  1. Order Processing Time:

  •   All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India).
  •   Orders placed after [mention cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM IST] on a business day, or on Sundays/public holidays, will be processed on the next                business day.
  •   During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times might be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such times.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:

We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure your AAYUVERA products reach you safely and efficiently.

  •   Domestic Shipping (within India):
  •   Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  •   Express Shipping (Optional/If applicable): For faster delivery, choose our Express Shipping option at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-4                business days from the date of dispatch. (Only offer this if you can reliably meet it and have a higher associated cost).
  •   International Shipping (If applicable):
  •   International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country’s customs procedures and local postal services. Typically,        international orders arrive within 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch.
  •   Please Note: AAYUVERA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are    the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an                  international order.
  1. Shipping Charges:

  •   Domestic Shipping:
  •   Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above INR  999
  •   For orders below INR  799 a nominal shipping fee of INR  70 will be applied.
  •   Express Shipping: A fixed charge of INR 150 will be applied for express shipping (if offered).
  •   International Shipping:
  •   Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the chosen shipping      method. You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.
  1. Tracking Your Order:

  •   Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  •   You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting [Link to your “Track Order” page] and entering your order number and email        address.
  •   Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after you receive the dispatch notification.
  1. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Deliveries:

  •   Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery  2-3 times.
  •   If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, or if the package is refused by the recipient, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In      such cases, we may charge a re-shipping fee or deduct shipping costs from any refund issued.
  •   Please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including a valid contact number, to avoid delivery issues.

If your address is incorrect or incomplete:

If the order returns to us due to wrong/incomplete address and you want us to reship your order, a reshipping fee of ₹200 will be charged to send the order again.

(You can request a refund instead, but shipping charges will be deducted.)

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  •   We take utmost care in packaging your AAYUVERA products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer      service team at support@aayuvera.com or 9099977151  within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  •   If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue as         quickly as possible.
  1. Order Changes & Cancellations:

  •   If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aayuvera.com or 9099977151 
  •   We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched,      we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
